Pricing
Per seat, expanding on volume
You pay for the people doing review, and the price moves with how much paper actually arrives. Both numbers are ones you already know.
Seats
Everyone who reviews contracts — procurement, legal, whoever else has ended up doing it. Not everyone who reads one.
Volume
Expansion is priced on agreements processed a year, because that is what actually drives the value and it is a number you can forecast.
The range
$20,000 to $150,000 a year. A three-person team with a few hundred agreements sits at the bottom; a large procurement function with several thousand sits at the top.
What is not in the price
No charge for the playbook build, and no per-document fee
Inferring your playbook from your signed agreements is part of onboarding, not a professional services line item — it is how the product works, and charging for it would be charging you to make it useful. And nothing is metered per document, because a tool that costs money every time you open it is a tool people stop opening.
Ranges describe our commercial model, not a published rate card. Final pricing is agreed per engagement.
Who signs
Usually procurement, sometimes legal, occasionally both
It is worth saying plainly: procurement generally has the larger budget and the sharper pain, and legal generally has to approve the positions. We are happy to be bought by either, and the conversation goes better when both are in the room.
