Cookie Policy
A short page, because this is a short subject. We run the cookies the site needs to work and a privacy-preserving measure of which pages get read. There is no advertising network here.

1. Strictly necessary
Session and security cookies that keep you signed in, protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery, and balance load. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and are set on the basis of necessity rather than consent.
2. Preferences
A cookie remembering your cookie choice, so we stop asking, and one remembering interface preferences where you set them. Nothing in this category is shared with anyone.
3. Analytics
Aggregate page measurement: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, roughly where in the world they are. Configured to avoid cross-site identifiers and long-lived device identity.
In jurisdictions requiring prior consent for analytics, these are not set until you give it, and you may withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
4. What we do not run
No advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels. No data brokers, and no cross-context behavioural advertising. Given who visits this site and why, that seemed like the only defensible position — a retargeting pixel firing after a lawyer reads a page about privilege would be its own answer.
5. Managing cookies
Use the cookie settings link in the footer, or your browser's own controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site from functioning, including sign-in.
Pre-launch notice. These documents are drafted as realistic scaffolding for a RegTech vendor and have not been reviewed by counsel — which matters more than usual for a company selling to lawyers. Entity details, postal address, data protection officer and the subprocessor roster are placeholders pending incorporation. Do not rely on them as executed legal terms.
