By using uselatitude.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Access to the Latitude service is separate, under a master services agreement, order form, data processing agreement and engagement terms executed between Latitude and your organisation. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents control entirely.

Latitude is a software vendor. It does not provide legal advice, does not act as your counsel, and does not assume responsibility for what you sign. Using this website or the service creates no solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship.

The product drafts and triages; a person on your team reviews, decides and sends. Nothing it outputs is designed to be relied on or transmitted without that review.

Whether routing documents through a vendor affects any claim to privilege is a question for your own counsel in your own jurisdiction. We structure for confidentiality; we do not opine on privilege.

Marketing and informational material about the Latitude service.

Every agreement, clause, counterparty, playbook position and redline shown on this site is synthetic demonstration material. It describes no real contract, no real company and no real person.

Nothing on this site predicts or guarantees any negotiation outcome, and no statement here should be relied on as advice about any clause or agreement.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site's content.
• Do not submit anyone else's personal information through our forms, and never paste contract text or other confidential material into them.
• Do not use the site to transmit malware, or to interfere with its availability for others.

Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any request, including where we judge a company to have no legal function capable of setting the positions the product depends on. Nothing in an acknowledgement constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide the service.

The Latitude name, wordmark, site design, copy and underlying code are ours or our licensors'. You may not reproduce them beyond ordinary fair use and normal browsing.

Third-party names appearing on this site — document editors, ticketing systems, contract repositories — belong to their owners and appear descriptively. Their appearance implies no endorsement, partnership, licence or integration unless we say so explicitly.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law permits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latitude is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The governing law and forum will be stated here once the contracting entity is finalised, and will in any event be superseded by the master agreement for service clients.

We may amend these terms; the effective date records when we last did. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
